What is the "H" for?

What does it mean when there's an "H" in a pink box next to your story title?

I got one of those ... I think it's for "Hot." At least, I hope it is!

Oh okay. Cool! I guess that must have something to do with how many times it's been viewed? Mine's been viewed about 4700 times but I've had the "H" on there for a while now. Anyone know how many views qualifies a story as "hot"?

I believe the rule is if your story has or gets a 4.50 rating after ten or more votes, it's awarded the coveted "H".

At first, I thought that "H" meant "HOT" for story content. I was wondering why, the one grading stories thought incest was so hot? Then, I read the FAQ and learned my error.

My first story, posted under my other username Ericaiscurious has an "H", with a 4.50 rating, but only 28 people have voted. I know from reading this thread not to take the ratings or the "H" too seriously (it might be the picture I put in my profile that caused the Feedback ).

My question is: how many readers should be looking at my work? Anyone have an average to share?
