I always thought it was anyones right to freedom of speech and expression but obviously that doesn't apply here cuz my post about J***E was edited based on the fact that I used her name in the post and then she confirmed it was true by writing another topic asking for my banning...

Are ya gonna ban me cuz I posted my opinion about something that "someone" told me on-line...Don't tell ME if ya don't want it posted cuz I always have a comment about anything and for someone to ask the board for my banning is ludicris especialy since "She" didn't tell me on MSN that this is confidential information...

I've seen alot worse posted on this board about people and the shit stayed on the board but just cuz I used someones name my post gets edited...

Free Speech pertains to the Federal Government not having the right to ban what you say unless it "presents a clear and present danger"..Oliver Wendell Holmes, or as SCOTUS has ruled,during times of war.

Now, that being said, Literotica is PRIVATE PROPERTY, and, as said property, the owners have a right to do with it as they see fit. I'm not asking for your removal, but shut the hell up and leave if you don't like it.

When realated to your threads, the first amendment is something that you insist on waiving about as an excuse for your horrible behavior.
