With me it's the Christmas dinner, I actually starve a day or two before just to make sure I eat it all. lol

So what makes it special for you? Is it the presents either giving or receiving? Or is it the looks on those kids faces when they see what Santa bought for them?

Carl

ps Merry Christmas everyone.

Giving the presents without a doubt. I love seeing what people's reactions to my carefully planned gifts are. I just love giving presents in general actually - Christmas is an excuse. I used to go and get flowers for my Lady and lay them on her bed, so she'd walk in and see them, just to see the look on her face.

This Christmas sucks a bit actually. I haven't had any time to do a proper shop and haven't got any presents yet. I've usually got it all organised before November!

to see the excitement on the faces of those i love...when they open their gifts rocks!
theres just something special about this time of year though. doing for others...yeah. i love that.

I love the giving presents part, specially when you remember something they specifically suggested months ago, something they even forgot about. You get it and the look on their face is ' How did you remember?'

This year, my kids are asking for an Xbox, I have told them up and down I cant get one, everytime I get to the store they are sold out and or they are too expensive! ( I bought one in November! lol) That explains why I am dirt poor now! lol

Hope they are happy Christmas morning when they see what they got, I know my daughter will be , she got the foam bras she wanted! (now if only she had something to put in them! lol)

There doesn't seem to be much Christmas spirit this year, what's wrong guys/gals have you stopped believing in Santa? lol

I have enough Christmas spirit for all of you, oh and SC they are going to love that present. lol

It's great just to spend time with friends and family. I live a couple thousand miles away from most of them, so it's a luxury to have time together.

My sister and I have taken to buying show tickets or taking the parents to dinner downtown with a carriage ride - something fun for all of us to do together.

And then there's all the cookies...yum

Being able to give to my loved ones and seeing those smiles is the best thing in the world :)

I just love being with family and sharing Christmas Eve dinner. Sitting in front of the tree and listening to Christmas music. Eating cookies and drinking eggnog. Getting up on Christmas morning and opening gifts, watching people's expressions when they see what you got them.
