I don't get it either, but I'm sure there are things I find especially attractive that others don't. • Heels change posture to make the butt look better when standing, and elongate the legs and define the calves in any position
• They can help close the height difference gap while fucking in standing positions
• As others have mentioned, they can maintain the suggestion of the chosen look (classy, slutty, feminine, etc) even after the rest of the clothes are removed
• Just one of those tropes that are firmly embedded in the human psyche by now

I think it's sort of a "free" kink for porn producers.
It's easy to fit in to any production.
There is a segment of the population that goes nuts for it, but no one is really turned off by it.
