Why not?
It's same dumb argument that if you give a citizen a brief training course, a gun and a badge you are less worried than a citizen with more training, a better gun, and no badge.
What makes a person picking your produce from the produce department at a big chain store better at it than anyone who has ever selected produce for themelves? It ain't Sean-level rocket-surgery malpractice law.
I dont think much of your intelligence or judgement, but I bet you could pick me out a nice, fine ripened tomato from a basket of viine ripened tomatoes picked that morning by the guy that grew them.
The level of stupid that some people exhibit here is disturbing when one considers that at least SOME of them have positions of authority over others, even if that's nothing more than being a parent.
Why is the Uber driver more of a risk in infecting you than the produce guy at the supermarket? Or more "contagious" than the conveyor belt at the checkout stand? Or less sanitary than your own kitchen for that matter? Hell, hasn't anyone heard about how NASTY beards are with germs and bacteria?
Yet, the Uber driver is going to kill you because he picked out fresh produce at the farmer's market.
It absolutely boggles the mind how much stupid there is in this place.
