And why does essential food delivery favor the corporate box store but not the
farmers market, the niche mom&pop, the small, local Oriental grocery?

Why do national franchises get to work under conditions which they can adapt to

In saying that, I think that many Right-leaning folks have chosen the wrong path.

Denying the severity of the illness, "I don't want to wear a mask cause freedom", saying that doctors are making up deaths by thousands
is insane.

I thought about that quite a bit.

People call American 'Liberals' communists.

But having been raised in a sort of mixed socio-comunist regime, and having talked to people from the Eastern block, I know that the last three generations of those countries didn't behave like Western Leftists do.
They only paid lip service to the official line (as to not get in trouble or to get ahead), but they knew it's bullshit.
--And current militant Leftists or Rightists in those areas, - most do it out of opportunism. They're fed up with both socialism and capitalism or whatever doctrine their politicians claim to be pushing.

Whereas many Leftists on the Board are indoctrinated, and act like a cult.
I actually borrowed the term "they're the new puritans" from listening to David Starkey.

I don't know why they are like that in Britain and America, and the opposite in E/SE Europe.
The latter are, imo less open minded than Westerners, but they aren't as militant about Politics, religious or atheism.
