FHM stands for "For Him Magazine."

It is one of a few typical mans magazines, not pornographic, although it sometimes has boobies and ladies wearing next to nothing, but it has features and articles about the things men liketo know about - fast cars, women, drinking, technology that kind of thing.

If you had to name a song whose lyrics best captured an experience you had , which would it be?

***Without a doubt it would be the Beatles song "In My Life". I think it's one of the most poignant songs to ever be written and I feel that in my life…I've loved them all. I believe that everyone we've ever known, whether they were lovers or friends - they all have a place in our lives and in our hearts…forever.


If you could have one magazine subscription for life , which would you pick?

***Hmmmm, I thought about this for a few minutes and I'd have to say Good Houskeeping. I have read that magazine for many years and I've enjoyed each issue. There is always something inside those pages that will help me in some way…big or small.


If you could get a massage everyday from one person , from whom would you want it to be?

***I'd want to have Tom Cavanagh, the lead character Ed, in the television show of the same name, Ed. I enjoy watching that show very much. I think he has the cutest smile and those blues eyes…well, each time I look into them I'm immediately drawn inside them. I now enjoy bowling. LOL!

1. Wow. Cookie, that's a hard one for me! There are so many songs that have been punctuation for my life - but I'm not sure what song hit it the closest. I guess today I'm going to answer Cracking by Suzanne Vega. I was going through a really crappy period in my life.

2. Discover Magazine. I've been a subscriber since 1980 when it debuted and I still look forward to its arrival each month. I'm really a scientist at heart.

3. Massage - hmmmm... I would say my friend E. - he has great hands.

Six Inches For The Day:............does that mean in height or length??.....*wink wink*........I would have shrunk then (in both cases........haha) If it means in height, I would actually see what goes on in a womans toilet........what do they do in their??

Most Torment To My Siblings:............It was always my younger brother, Stuart, who always seemed to be the target for my torment. There was one time where I tricked him into drinking paraffin, telling himit was coco cola.......hahahahahaha

Most Violent Scene In A Movie:................I guess it was in Resevoir Dogs where the Mr White (I think) tortured the bound cop inthe chair......nasty!!

3. The first one that comes to mind is the scene in Braveheart where the man has his head bashed in with a mace while still in bed. Yuck. Really brutal - but then that's the way it was back then. The whole movie made me grateful that we don't fight with edged weapons anymore.

I have seen Braveheart, and after watching it I can see why Scottish People get so patriotic.

The film was very brutal.....the scene in the barn of all the hanging children was horrific!

***I really don't enjoy those kinds of movies so I stay away from them. But, when I was younger, I did see "Clockwork Orange" which I thought was one of the most violent movies ever made, at least at that time. It's still pretty vivid in my mind. By the way, I was on a date when I went to see that. That was the last time I ever went out with that boy ever again. lol***

Dom, the cold and damp has reached Texas - it's getting a bit nippy here... Oh, and as I look out my window facing eastward I see the moon is big, round, and high in the sky. It must be Fall.

My answers for this round:

1. I've really been wanting to visit San Francisco. Not really sure why, it just seems that everywhere I look - whatever it is is set in SF. I know it would be a fun place to visit.

2. I used to joke that I wanted my ashes scattered over the mall. But in reality it would be more appropriate to scatter them over some creek near a campground in northern New Mexico.
