i don't really know the specifics. but a collection company sued for .39 cents. took it all the way to court. they eventually had to pay the person back for the legal expenses. so instead of getting .39 cents. they had to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees. someone should have smacked all parties involved and said "wake up people. this is so STUPID".




sitting at home everyday, depressed, alone out of work for 8 months. i didn't even have the web. i think there was a period of 4 weeks. where i didn't leave my apartment and had no telephone so i didn't speak to a single soul. sat in my apartment every day watching Regis and Kathy Lee. i'm lucky i survived with my sanity ( or did i?) lol




one flower...hmmm standard answer is a rose because they come in so many different varieties and variety is the spice of life.

some people sued a weatherman because he said it was going to be a nice day....they went boating , a storm came up and capsized the boat.....the judge threw it out as an "act of God".

Most Ridiculous Law Suit:............There was this one where a woman was walking around a department store and she tripped over a child breaking her ankle. She successfully sued the Department store for hundreds of thousands of dollars even though the child she tripped over was hers.


Most Difficult Time Of My Life:............Hard really....perhaps when I was unemployed and had no money.

Change History:.............I would change a thing because if I did it might make so many adverse reactions, that I might not exist.....

Overrated Actor:..........I would say Jennifer Anniston and George Clooney.

Avoiding Relatives:...........It would be my Aunt Paula. When she is drunk she is absolutely derranged, not violent but she shouts to make herself heard and always gets inpeoples faces.

1. It would have to be the recent one where someone was suing McDonald's (or some similar fast food restaurant) for making them fat. I mean, COME ON!

2. Most difficult period - I got really depressed during college and didn't know that I could get help. I was miserable for quite a long time - grades slipped, appearance slipped - it was really awful - but I didn't really know how far down I'd gone til it was over.

3. Hmmmm, just one.... I think I pick irises - they're my favorite.

2. First one that springs to mind is Catherine Zeta-Jones - I just don't get it.

3. My relatives live several states away, so I don't see them on any sort of regular basis. But I would have to say my aunt F. - she would love to take my dad for whatever she could - and had tried. I just want to yell at her, "Get a job!"
