Having protected classes infringes on the rights of others in a number of ways, not the least of which is tax redistribution.

As for tax redistribution, certain classes get loans, student loans, jobs, college acceptance, contraception and all kinds of other things simply because of laws that discriminate based on those classes. My skin color has no bearing. My original post was to debunk the idea of hate crimes. Murder is murder whether you hate the person or not. Hate crimes simply codify protected classes to give them some sort of favored status. This is all well off the main topic however.

We have long accepted different classes of murders. Student loans are mostly granted for economic reasons. I don't think condoms have much to do with your tax money or its redistribution. And you don't get to redefine racism just because you want to.
