What happened to all of the doom and gloom economic threads?

Because, as repeatedly demonstrated, when it comes to their goals and agenda, Democrats will tell any lie to get where they want to go and break any law to get what they want to get which is why we keep telling you that what you think what the law says is irrelevant, what matters is the regulations that Sebelius, who is currently running around breaking election law to campaign for Obama, will write to do what she thinks is best for her wards and what she interprets the intent of the law to be...

That is why you screaming that the article does not say a thing about your baby, the iPAB is a distraction, a misdirection, a red herring as one might say.

It is also clear that you will go out of your way not to understand that which is clear and evident because it is your guy, not a Republican.

We see that everything Romney says, to you, is a lie.

Cannot wait to see you guys go 180° again...

So the literal text of the law isn't a good source as to what's in the law?

Sibelius can't make death panels either. You're batting .000 on this topic again today.

*chuckle*

Like I said, I cannot wait for the 180° when the 'Pubs are in charge...

Then everything will return to "vast, right-wing conspiracy..."

lol LIES!!! Republicans LIE and CHEAT and BREAK THE LAW!!!

Instead of engaging in off-topic fantasy why not find facts to back your position? I backed my position with facts but I've been waiting... how long for you do do the same?

"But it's their agenda, Merc! Democrats want to take Medicare away from grannies so they die needless deaths, I swear!"

Obviously BUSYBODY

You are not correct:rolleyes:

Do not forget, you team wears the white hats!

When they break the law, you should be comforted.

When they say all the iPAB is is a smarter way to duplicate what insurance companies already effectively do in order to make them more efficient do not in any way view it as the first step in following the British Model...

That would be what Republicans do. The lie, cheat, steal and break the law.

They did it to the GM bondholders, the WARN act, the Medicare trigger...,

Still no facts then?

... immigration law...

First you fantasized that you found death panels in sequestration, now maybe they're somewhere in immigration law?

Hey let's go on record predicting whether or not sequestration happens. I say that it wont happen or alternately it happens and congress turns around and cancels the cuts out with a defense bill, effectively making sequestration ever happen. What's your prediction? Let's bookmark this page and come back to it soon.

Those broken laws are all facts Jenn.

... just because you do not like them...

Now, if they will break all of those laws with impunity, how can you submit, with a straiht face that any other law will slow them down one bit when it comes to realizing cherished and long-hoped for goals, like the way they rewrote the Senate and House rules on the fly to get around Scott Brown's election...

They did not want elections to have consequences.

Fuck the people.

Idiots...

I see that George McGovern has been moved to a hospice, presumably because the 90-year-old former B-24 pilot, winner of the Distinguished Flying Cross, senator, and presidential candidate is coming to the end of his life.

I mention McGovern in my column today, but now would like to add that as much as I believe it would have been terrible for the country if he had won in 1972, I do have great respect for him. We’ve met a few times and I’ve always found him to be a gentleman. What a contrast to the sneering, snarling Joe Biden. McGovern and I have corresponded a bit over the years. He read some of my columns and offered his views, sometimes agreeing and sometimes not, but always polite and agreeable. He was that rare thing in politics — someone for whom the truth mattered.

He once tried his hand at running a bed and breakfast and was appalled by the government regulation that made running a business so difficult. He was honest enough to say that if he had known this before serving in Congress, it would have altered his votes on a number of issues.

The last time I saw him was at Bill Buckley’s funeral. Of course he would pay his respects.

George McGovern is a fine person, and I salute him, and have him and his family in my prayers at this time.

James Carville Explains Why He Is a Democrat...STUNNING!

James Carville Explains Why He Is a Democrat

Despite his rabid pit bull demeanor, James Carville always seemed to have too sharp a mind to be a Democrat. The mystery is resolved in his own words:

“Ideologies aren’t all that important. What’s important is psychology.

“The Democratic constituency is just like a herd of cows. All you have to do is lay out enough silage and they come running. That’s why I became an operative working with Democrats. With Democrats all you have to do is make a lot of noise, lay out the hay, and be ready to use the ole cattle prod in case a few want to bolt the herd.

“Eighty percent of the people who call themselves Democrats don’t have a clue as to political reality.

“What amazes me is that you could take a group of people who are hard workers and convince them that they should support social programs that were the exact opposite of their own personal convictions. Put a little fear here and there and you can get people to vote any way you want.

“The voter is basically dumb and lazy. The reason I became a Democratic operative instead of a Republican was because there were more Democrats that didn’t have a clue than there were Republicans.

“Truth is relative. Truth is what you can make the voter believe is the truth. If you’re smart enough, truth is what you make the voter think it is. That’s why I’m a Democrat. I can make the Democratic voters think whatever I want them to.”

To be a member of the Democrat herd who believes in liberal ideology, you need to be pathologically naive. In contrast, to be one of the drovers who define that ideology, you need to take cynicism to the last extreme.

Prove it, or it is just another Democrat lie to advance a goal.

Here's your pathetic attempt to conflate "death panels" with sequestration just yesterday.

Sequestration" has now become a major problem.
The American Thinker
Of course, you never mentioned sequestration, you merely copied and pasted an article so you could avoid taking personal responsibility for your comments.

Personal responsibility to a Glibertarian is like garlic to a vampire.

Electric Car Battery Maker A123 Systems Files Bankruptcy
By Dawn McCarty and Craig Trudell

This is about the birth of an entire new industry in America -- an industry that’s going to be central to the next generation of cars,” Obama said in the phone call, according to a transcript provided by the White House. “When folks lift up their hoods on the cars of the future, I want them to see engines and batteries that are stamped: Made in America.”

Electric-vehicle sales since 2011 totaled fewer than 50,000 through September, just 5 percent of Obama’s target to have 1 million such vehicles on U.S. roads by 2015...

Just intime for the election......

Stocks rise on strong earnings

Go Goldman Sachs!

Why do you believe that there are death panels when I already linked you the passage in the ACA that specifically prohibits the IPAB from reducing benefits or eligibility?

There's no point in arguing with him. He's a complete liar, and will run from any and every point that he C&Ps that he's shown to be wrong about.

You may recall, teh Germans told Obama to STFU when he said STIMULATE teh German

SHE GETS IT

Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Tuesday Germany needs to stimulate domestic economic demand and urged opposition parties to stop blocking proposed tax cuts in the upper house of Parliament.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Merkel told business leaders Germany should end the automatic progression of workers into ever higher tax brackets due to inflation, which siphons more than 20 billion euros ($26 billion) out of the economy each year. She also renewed her calls for cuts in pension contributions as another way to boost purchasing power.

"Growth in Germany can at the moment be stimulated by an increase in domestic demand more than anything else," she said.

Germany has come under pressure to boost domestic demand to relieve pressure on the euro zone's struggling periphery during the sovereign debt crisis. Merkel has also encouraged German firms to give their employees higher wage increases this year.

The battle over whether to cut taxes is also shaping up into a key issue ahead of next year's federal election, where Merkel will be seeking a third term.

In Germany's tax code, "bracket creep" generates billions of euros in revenues for the treasury because tax brackets are not adjusted for inflation.

The system has not been changed since 1958 and the state took in an extra 76 billion euros from 2005 to 2010. It has been taking in about 22 billion euros a year since 2010.

Merkel's government wants to reform the tax code to reduce the impact of "bracket creep," but the opposition has blocked that in the upper house Bundesrat, where Merkel's center-right coalition government has no majority.
