I think indecent exposure depends on the circumstances; if you masturbate or have sex on your bed in your bedroom, or just wander around your house nude with the drapes open and someone sees you then in some jurisdictions that is not indecent exposure. If you go outside the house, or maybe if you stand at the window masturbating with obvious intent to expose yourself, that could be construed as indecent exposure. Many indecent exposure laws require you to be in a public place.

If you are on your own property, or not on the property of the person you are viewing, and you are not using an optical viewing aid (such as a telescope or binoculars) to aid normal vision, then anything you see from that property is fair game and you cannot be charged with voyuerism. In some jurisdictions, the viewing aids would be legal too.
