Go to Google Images, go to advanced options, find size, and choose small. Then when you search, you will find a toolbar that has sizes on it. Click and on the bottom, you will see "Exact Size." Click it and type 150 x 150. Right click on the image you like, copy image address and paste it on your profile avatar.
Or you could Google "Forum Avatars" and then right click and copy image address.
Or there are image resizers on the internet.

I think weimeraner dogs are born with shades. I had one and she was the coolest dog ever. I got her when I was six and she died when I was twenty-one, she was there for my entire childhood and we had a classic "boy and his dog" relationship. She was my friend, my protector and my inspiration (I know that sounds weird, but her spirit was uncompromising)
