I have never done this strange activity, so I'm at a loss as to what to wear. Completely confuzzled.

Anyone?

Bueller?

Any help is appreciated.

As skimpy, sparkly, and shimmery as possible. In other words, clothing you wouldn't be caught dead in during daylight hours.

Oh, and cool shoes. Cool shoes are imperative. If you don't have any, go buy some.

I'm wearing my black bootcut pants, my black boots, and maybe my red see-through shirt. Black mascara and red lipstick and I should be good to go.

I might go to Hot Topics to see if they have shirts I can risk wearing :)

Follow the latest trends and up-to-the-minute fashions.

I gather that kudzu will be the next "linen".

wear something clever. you dont wanna look like all those other chicks, all scantily clad! wear something that you're comfi in and that looks good!

red

Oh gawd, I'm so out of my element here. I've got my Harley boots. They're black. *looking hopeful* And a black shortsleeve mock turtleneck that actually looks quite nice.

I wish I had someone to take me shopping. Heh.

Current fads? What are they?

Maybe I can just sit on the curb and behave myself. LOL

Earplugs. Yes. *putting that on shopping list*

It's very rare for me to be thankful for having a teenaged daughter at my age, but when I'm going out, that's when I thank my lucky stars for her. She's my fashion consultant. She even talked me into a pair of hip hugger pants - with flared bottoms even.

hey now.. why didn't I see that outfit?

You always wear comfy clothing to my house. What's up with that? ;)

here is what I wear

Tall thick boots are a must. Steel toes if you are smart. A shirt that can be burned. If you are using a club with nails in it a suggest a raincoat as anything else is hard to clean.

"Oh Whacking Day
Oh Whacking Day
Our hallowed snake skull-cracking day
We'll break their backs
Gouge out their eyes
Their evil hearts, we'll pulverize
Oh Whacking Day
Oh Whacking Day
May God bestow His grace on thee"

Anything black is always good.

Combine the black mock-turtle with a long sparkly necklace and either a short skirt, or tight pants and you're good to go.

There will be so much diversity, honestly all most anything will be fine.

LOL

I'd advise against wearing anything you'd hate to get beer spilled on. If I spent $350 on a pair of pants, I would not go to a nightclub in them. Go to somewhere like Marshall's or TJ Maxx and try a bunch of stuff on. You'll be able to gauge your comfort level in the clothes better than something off of the net. Get something with some stretch in it, too, so you're extra comfy.

I do like the cut of those pants, though. They're nice and sleek.

Definitely go with something black. And don't wear anything that has white or light colors on it unless you want to glow obscenely under the black lights. And make sure you do a once over with the lint-brush before you leave the house, because those invisible pieces of fuzz glow in the black light, too.

Something comfortable and something you can dance in and not be scared you are going to be flashing anyone.
I always wear black and always wear a pair of black slacks or jeans depending where we are going , somehow I have a feeling if I were to wear a skirt or something along those lines, I would not be able to dance till the wee hours of the night. Plus its easier to run in pants. ;) :)

this looks trendy

I posted the pants as a minor joke. They're kind of interesting, but not my style. I didn't even look at the price. That's way way too much.

Does anyone want to come over and help me shop? LOL

Okay, fuzz noted and no light colors. I'ma going for all black. I can do that.

Dancing is not an issue. My butt is though. Hehe. Gotta find the yellow pages and find out what stores are here. The mall was a disappointment.

eep

I really appreciate all the responses. This is all new to me. Thanks. Keep 'em coming.
