What do you wish society was more accepting of?

Just prostitution or other similar as well?
Ever hear of Nevada? The state of Nevada allows
Legal Brothels in most countries out side of Clark County ( Vegas ) Washoe County ( reno)
The girls must get stuck tested weekly, must have a finger prints and back ground check done by the county sheriff.
Must live on-site during their contract.

As a small penis man I endorse this.
As a man over 70 my bitch is that (with the possible exception of this site) is the lack of recognition of the ongoing sexuality of both men and women of my age.
My wife, the occasional guy I meet and I all appear to experience the same level of sexual desire as we did in our youth. Maybe not as often but when the mood takes you the results of a sexual encounter are undiminished. The touch and feel of another body produces the same reaction as in my youth ( although I do keep a box of pills for when I think I might need a little help).
My wife’s pussy and a dick taste and feel the same -I just think people should not give up on the sexual side of their character just because their joints ache, your dick does not stiffen to the vertical and the distance from pussy to nipple is rather less than it was a few decades ago.
Keep on fucking fellow Litsters.

Hardly the sort of legalizing, normalizing and destigmatizing sex work that I'm referring to.

As I see it, a person should be able to sell sexual pleasure with the same freedom and legal protections as a massage therapist. Sure, brothels might be one setting... But a sex worker should also be free to go to a clients home. And doing so should be normalized and destigmatized to the point that an older wife who no longer desires sex is not the least bit bothered by a licensed SW coming to her home once per month to give her husband the release he needs.

Here's a thought: it seems like making something taboo— whether it's a body part, a behavior, or whatever— results in that thing being hidden (behind clothing, behind closed doors, behind the rule of silence, whatever). And hiding it in turn intensifies its taboo-ness. Spiraling upward, even so far as to evoke the death penalty, in some cases and some places.
Exactly. "If it's naughty, cover it up." As others have suggested, the practice of obfuscation often doesn't accomplish what we hope it will. Observers wonder "What's behind that loincloth, dress, door, etc." The unintended consequences can be worse than revealing the original "naughty" thing.

That concept extends way beyond bodies and clothing. Nixon learned that the hard way.
