What do you want to read: Incest

As you may or may not know, there is a Survior contest going on at Lit and I am a part of it. I'm getting to write an incest story and would like to know what you'd like to see since I don't have a personal prefrence myself.

Pedantry in Pornography

Since five of your options (excluding other) are not, strictly speaking, incest, I suggest you stick to the ones which are.

Incest is defined as intercourse (therefore no same sex pairs) between direct blood descendents or ancestors or the siblings thereof.

Thus brother/sister, and mother/son, and aunt/nephew, and (heaven forbid) great-great-grandmother/great-great-grandson are incest but cousins are not. Marriage is legal in many countries between cousins. Step-relations are also not incest, even though illegal in many countries.

The problem known as "deceased wife's sister" is interesting. It is prohibited in many Christian denominations to marry the DWS, but it is considered a duty in the Old Testament.

if it's a legal definition, i say fuck it. laws are bullshit. i know that in my family the fucking of cousins would be strictly frowned upon.

i've never tested this theory, but i'm sure i'd have a hard explain away to my aunt and uncle and my parents that fucking my cousins was incest. they wouldn't buy it.

only rednecks and royalty fuck their cousins. the rest of us are expected to just back and go "damned, she's hot, if only she wasn't my cousin..."

and on the same sex thing, i don't have any brothers, but i've had friends who do and the one thing you can never, ever joke about is their sexuality. family is family. you don't fuck family

Bummer. I guess this knocks out the lesbian sisters story I was going to use for an incest story, despite the overwhelming number of readers (okay, men, mostly) who want this type of story. Damn, gotta tell 'em it doesn't fit the strict definition.


Btw, just where does one get the exact definition for incest? Outside of the fact that most readers on her want the sexual relations to be between blood relatives who are close in that lineage, I don't know of any. And why not brother/brother or father/son? There would be a whole lot more intercourse going on than between sister/sister and mother/sister, so why wouldn't they qualify. (Other than the fact that a lot of men have hangups reading about homosexual behavior outside of the "Gay Male" category?)

where else besides incest would you place sister/sister, brother/brother or whatever stories? incest is the only category it fits.

they have stories about bisexual women in the lesbian category and bisexual men in the gay. incest is incest.

it's probably just an outdated definition from back when people took sodomy laws seriously. in leviticus(the great rule book of the old testament) sodomy is stated seperately from incest, so it was probably assumed that since having sex with a member of the same sex was already a sin it was unnecessary to mention that it was also a sin to have sex with a relative of the same sex.

that has to be the logic behind it. i can't think of anything else that would make sense.

this story has already been written (in german), but I just want to mention it, maybe it will inspire someone:

On the subject of legality versus family acceptance, yes it's perfectly legal to screw your cousin, in the UK anyway, but frowned on in a lot of families.
An uncle hasn't spoken to me for about 28 yrs after he suspected I was screwing his daughter, my cousin Rosemary, her mum never thought anything bad of the suspicion and still speaks OK.

I have no problem with incest as a fantasy.

I voted for father/daughter, because it's a personal fantasy... but someone mentioned earlier that the family gang bang keeps the story going longer. I agree wholeheartedly.
