A box of chocolates? A kiss? A night out? Sex???????? All of the above?

Topping last year's (belated by one day) gift will be tough.

Our Daughter was born. So each year we get to celebrate her birth. You can't beat that for a special Valentines. :D

Rosy thats sweet... enjoy your little girl. My cousin Jim has 2 children 2 years apart in age... both are Valentine Day babies... What are the odds of that?

As for me, since I have no valentine this year I guess I will consider myself lucky to get a sloppy dog kiss.... ;)

awwww huggs to sweet soft kiss and Rosy ,I canthink of no better gift than a child ,congrats..

I have told Dracoa that from now till and including Valentine's day,I am sending him no fewer than 2 e-cards a day to express my love for him nad I have written poetry as well ,like what is in my sig.. :rose:

Valentines Day Is A Waste Of Calendar Space

I have no valentine to give anything to, so I guess my own gift is the money saved from buying the gift. So this year, I am going to take the position that Valentines Day doesn't exist at all.

ME.

However he wants me, where ever he wants me, and as often as he wants me, I'll be his.

Rosy that is a special gift you will have each year, I love it.

As for me, I have my kids and they get all. Wishing I had that special someone here with me.

Everyone else, enjoy that special someone you have and make Valentines Day this year a really special one!!!

Thank you Sweet Soft Kiss, Dream and Silky. I think she IS the best gift I could have. She is such a sweetheart and I can't wait to celebrate her First Birthday.

My children are my Valentines. They weren't born on V-Day, but you know what I mean.

They love the day, with it's cards and candy. Every year they come running into my room, often before daybreak, to wish me a happy day. They cut out red construction paper hearts to give me, with pictures they've drawn and the "I love you Mom" written in big letters.

<sighing> Ok. I'm getting all mushy and sentimental here.

Valentines from you kids is probably the most precious thing you can get. Chocolates and flowers a mere second and third. (At least if your a parent.)

Don't have a sweetheart, so I won't be celebrating this year. I only had a boyfriend once on Valentine's day, and he saw the holiday as a "waste of time and money". So, I've never been able to celebrate it. Never got flowers, or even a kiss. Would have had a boyfriend now, but I never had the courage to ask him out, and now he's seeing someone else.:(

Pardon me while I go sit in the corner and cry.

Sending an emergency V-day care package to Sue, filled with chocolate and construction paper hearts...

I Know How You Feel Sue

I've never had the priviledge of spending Valentines Day with anyone either. In all of my 29 Valentines Days, they've all been spent alone. I presume if the situation was different, than my attitude above in my previous posting, would be much different.

:kiss::heart::rose:

*Hopes that NightMoves and silkynsmooth might get to spend some time together on Valentine's Day*

i'm not sure what i'll be giving .....even though my kids are 21, 18, and 6 they still all get something. And i'm never at a loss for receiving....last year my older son got me choc. covered strawberries......they were so pretty i wouldn't eat them! lol

my little guy smothers me with kisses and homemade cards....and i always have my family's love....what more could I want

I'm thinking a nice quiet dinner with no kids....since my s/o will be going on vacation for a week with my stepdaughters and I'll be all alone.....but I'll be spending my weekend with my daughter and we'll probably go visit my sister....then of course....the girls all get their own presents....the best present I could get is just being with my family...and watching my stepdaughters kickass in their basketball tournament....:D :rose:

Mmmmmmmmmm I think my bobber will be back for Valentine's day...soooooooo as the song goes...*ALL OF ME...WHY NOT TAKE ALL OF ME*......woohooooooooo .....and perhaps some chocolates and strawberries to spice up things:devil:

Precisely. I don't have anything against Valentines Day, I'd just like to be able to really enjoy it at least once. If you spend it with Silky, then I hope you have a great time. I'm in Connecticut. I hope things go well for you.

P.S. Liked the website. I'll be going back later tonight.:)
