What do you need to sleep well??

I can sleep almost anywhere if I am tired enough (if you can sleep on a rescue boat in the middle of a storm with alarms going off, then you can sleep almost anywhere - but of course that was after being on duty for 36 hours straight without any sleep), but to sleep well I need a dark quiet room - preferably with cool fresh air circulating through the room and me under a warm blanket on top of a water bed.

What do you need to get a good nights sleep?

A dark, cool room...a pillow on each side of me, and a warm blanket. Having the TV on something that doesn't interest me helps as well.

I don't sleep much. I can do 20 minutes anytime, anywhere...

ESPECIALLY when "gainfully" employed !

A warm body to press myself up against. I love the touch in the middle of the night.

It's been to long and pillows don't cut it at all! I need to feel the breath and the heat from her as well as smell her hair.

I need not to be alone.....but alas..i am...

A cool night helps, with lots of warm blankets.

Mentally I sleep better when I have time to clear my mind before laying down. A cup of water and time. Sometimes that is so very hard to find though. The time that is

the sound of his breathing, the way his form moves the covers ever so slightly as he shifts, the smell of his skin on me and my sheets. The way that in my sleep my hand wanders over to him to be comforted by the electricity that even in his sleep flows between us...

I dont sleep real well lately.
