I read this article about a prisoner in Abu Ghraib had died after being given a Palestinian Hanging. What's the difference between that kind of hanging and regular hanging (aka swinging from a noose)?

Hey Long time no post from me........as some ppl know this is my favorite thread and havn't had much time for Lit since I'm in bahrain(little island abot 25 Kilometers off the coast of south eastern saudi arabia in the gulf).....,e and the family are doing well even though 5pintsshefound and the kids are in western PA while im over here for a year......now onto the real response....



A "Palestinian Hanging" is where you are suspended by youre arms while your hands are tied behind your back......this would cause extreme amounts of pain and damage to the tissues in the upper arm and shoulder region i imagine.....It would probably be about 100 times worse than dislocating youre shoulder......which will eventually happen maybe even breakage......well thats enough of my ranting.......take care all....see you all when work lets me have time.....
