TIL... it doesn't matter if your signed contract and warranty materials say "do not use chemical cleaning agents on surfaces for (x) days" because, invariably, your client will use chemical cleaning agents on surfaces in < (x) days because it's the holidays and the inlaws / neighbors / husband's boss / God Himself is coming over and that is reason enough for destroying surfaces and instigating crazy long meetings and phone calls.

Protip: you can clean up pretty much everything in your kitchen with hot water and a drop of ivory dish soap.

Just a thought: I work at Home Depot and from the early November toilet seats were going out the door in droves. I mentioned it and a customer told me that she didn't want her mother-in-law to have another thing to bitch about....lol

My hematologist is full of shit. While waiting they took my vitals & said my heart rate was in the high 30's which is low. She says that I should be omitted to the hospital where I answer, that isn't going to happen.
First I'm very active with cardio, I run on the elliptical every morning doing 3 miles in 22 minutes, walk the dog 7-10 kms (4-6 miles) daily as well. Never short of breath, chest pains, nothing. I'm not even overly winded after running on the elliptical or outside. My resting heart rate has always been lower than most people.
The kicker was when she started talking about me possibly getting a pace maker
Shouldn't a cardiologist be the one telling me this after more tests, not a blood doctor??
At least my platelets are maxed out & I'm cutting down on that medication which is why I went in the first place

HA! That is awesome! :D I wish more people were as real as that.

And, yes, I'm sure that's what the client was thinking. We need a spotless home for the holidays. Let's use chemicals on new paint!

I learned that we shouldn't judge people by what they say and do, but what is in their heart. Silly me, I thought that what someone says and does is a reflection of what's in their heart.
