What Did I Do Wrong ?

IMO, loving him means that you do things for him that he wants you to do, not things to him that you want to do because you wish he'd do them for you. You punched the girl out because that's what you'd want him to do for you, not because he actually wanted you to do that. Pay attention to what he likes and dislikes. He sounds non-violent and capable, and you just let him know that you didn't think he was capable and competent by what you did. He's pissed. Apologize, show that you understand why he's pissed, move on.

Sidenote- Will any other guys share some more guy-code with us? I don't think guys are too terribly difficult to figure out, but I always like validation that my hunches are right, since in real life guys won't admit to even having a 'guy code' ;)

Well I read through most of this thread and I have read some of your stories PS and I agree with some of the people here that you are a remarkable and very open woman. I also think that some of the people have it right here too. It has nothing to do with how much you love him, it is really this simple, you bruised his male ego. That is all, no guy wants to look like a wimp infront of anyone. Maybe alone but not in public. I know I would not.

Thank you. We've longed moved past this incident.

I figured as much... it was just intersting and wanted to put in my male ego points... Plus I love your writing and the fact that you and your BF are both Bi...

Sorry PS, I didn't mean to bring it up again if you guys had already moved on. My apologies :rose:

No problem at all. It looks like Girl Chivalry is not welcome in this world but I have long since moved on. Thank you very much.

Oh PS: do I have to go all sissy on you ? of course woman chivalry is great, honey, let me make you a nice lovely mudmask, and then if I ever get into trouble, then I will rush to your side, and you will defend me :) and we will be riding in the sunset on a horse called Jolly Jumper, you will be my Calamity Jane, and I will be your Lucky Luke ;) lol :)

PS: screw what people say, in some ways, as I have said before, if anyone, woman, or man. Would stand up for the persons they care about, and defend them . Then I would say Yeehaa .

Heck there were female samurai, and there were female knights, but nobody wants to say it. Because of all that male schuvinism.

PredatorSmile: You fucking ROCK babe ! ! ! :)

Thank you very much. If you are any exemplar of the men in your country, then your women must be very happy.
