You're comparing Obama to Hitler, Mao and Stalin? That is the most inane comparison I think I've seen on this site - including on the GB.

Hitler had 5.5 million Jews killed as well as over 11 million non-combatants. He put his nation through a war that devastated the economy and killed a generation of men. His war left Germany divided into two separate nations governed by other nations.

Stalin starved and executed millions of his own people because of their nationality, over 3 million between 1932 and 1933 alone. Plus hundreds of thousands shot for 'espionage' reasons. He was followed by Georgy Malenkov, who really was a short-lived leader, then by Nikolai Bulganin, neither of whom 'brought good fortune'.

Mao oversaw the systematic torture, brutality, starvation and killing of at least 45 million Chinese peasants who were worked, starved or beaten to death between 1958 and 1962. He was followed by Liu Shaoqi who himself was eventually imprisoned.

Obama has been followed by a liar, who is also a racist and misogynist . You call this good fortune? Yeah, good fortune if you look up to people like Hitler, Mao and Stalin who squashed anyone and everyone who stood in their way.

What is it about a girl in a denim jacket or overshirt that does it for me? That look seems very "country" and, yet, there's nothing about country girls that appeals to me.

What a day I had today...many emotions both high and low...worth it though, those highs just got me through the day :)
 
I think I'm going to make a change and do something completely out of character..

It's something I've been thinking about a lot while reflecting on who I am as a person and maybe something that'll help me grow and become a better person.

My thought was that I'm going to clear my ignore list of almost everyone (except for a few that I really hate) and give them a second chance.

I've never done anything as forgiving as that so maybe it's a step in the right direction?

Or maybe I'm a fool?

Either way, I think I'll give most everyone here another opportunity.
