I've heard bad things about their warehouse environment, customer service I don't know. However I called them on the phone once and they provided A class customer support, low wait time.

I never had to deal with their customer support, but I heard good things about it. I think there's a woman on Lit who works for Amazon's customer support. I remember reading some of her posts where she talks about it.

I'd try a place with better benefits though, don't make Amazon your standard. Try to find work from home places given the pandemic we're living through.
