Work is tough at the moment. Most of the pressure is on me, but my staff are being expected to work under massive staff cuts so are feeling the strain too. Near the end of the shift yesterday, I went to each of them for a little chat and made quite a few of them laugh. I didn’t realise until that moment how long it had been since I had seen some of them smile! I’m glad I helped to perk them up a little, but the pressure we are all under is just crazy.
