Weird. My calves were cold. Then I did some meditation. Now they're warm but the foot is cold.

This. This is the kind of shit that keeps me up at night. I mean, about my cold left foot, not yours. But come to think of it, now I will probably include the cold calves in on the middle of the night "omg! what if this means I have ebola?!?" list.

One of our kids has a bday today and her mom brought in cupcakes. The problem is, once I eat one, I want to eat them all!
