There are those who think we have to be kind and answer everything, but...no. It's your inbox, it's your time, it's your experience.

This is my way...
Keep the ones you want to chat with in your buddy list, then go to your OPTIONS and set your PMs for only that list. I'll add people is I want to chat, or - rarely - open my inbox. I think it lasted 2 days the last time.
