My feet are frozen. Do I get up and mad dash run to the closet for socks (I hate socks at the best of times, but especially when I’m sleeping)...or just sliiiiide them across the bed to Hubby’s warm body beside me? He’s asleep, he probably won’t notice...right?

I think I need a change. What kind of change I’m not sure. But a change indeed.

Yeah, even when I take sleeping pills and know i slept, in not feeling refreshed. I woke up at 4 today.. couldn't go back to sleep. Felt like I hadn't slept at all.
