I love your phone customer service agents. Chat, well, I suspect they are at home agents hitting their bong while working, but the phone agents are great. I am firmly in the always call position having had much interaction with both. I also suspect you use ANI routing, likely with repeat caller settings, so I tend to get the same agents, which I like.
As for AMZL, at first I had a issues. Week one, they delivered one box and lost 11. Customer service was great though, and AMZL has gotten much better, haven't lost anything for a while, plus the pictures amuse me.
As for your other comments, I cannot confirm or deny
And good to hear on AMZL, anything new has its birthing pains
