I go to do what I need to do to stay in shape. After giving birth to 2 children it hasnt been easy but I'm actually in better shape now than when I was in college.

The fun I have with the guys and this particular trainer are just , bonuses " to go 5 ton7 times a week

Good for you, after twenty years of sitting on my butt in front of a computer - I am nowhere near what I was in college. Better than I was ten years ago, but still have another few pounds to get rid of.

It does make it better to work out when you have someone, sorry something, to occupy your mind.
