Doesn’t that depend on how early you wake up? If I go to the gym at 6, eating brunch at 10 is nice. Or if I’m up very very late, it just rolls into the next meal.

Also, a video of a mother embarrassing her son. The kid was like 14 and he went through a wave of emotions that I can't get out of my brain. I always suggest taking vitamin D supps in the winter. I know the whole over multi-vitamins are BS and all that but I find they help, even if it is just a placebo effect but I feel better when I take them. It usually takes until late November to start feeling like shit and thinking something is wrong. Take it for the worth of the paper it is written on.
