I'm cooking it in the slow cooker overnight. I'll test the temp in the morning and make sure it's safe for eating. One woman said she always slow cooks hers frozen. I didn't mean to, but it happened. Guess my fridge was so full it kept it frozen. Took some work getting the gravy packet out! lol
