I love nachos and happen to have a curious mind and be kinky and bored enough to have spent the last few minutes researching. Exposure to 120°F can scald in as little as 5 minutes, and the recommended temperature to serve nacho cheese to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria is 135°F. Sooo yeah…let it cool below 120°F and eat FAST
