You can leave a pm conversation and block that person from contacting you again AND if you suspect the same person using an alt to PM them WELL leave that convo and block.

How is any one at risk of an accusation if there is no identifying information given?

I mean unless someone is acting in the manner described it seems like the innocent are safe.
