I dislike the use of the phrase "no judging".
Nobody actually means that when they say it.
They just mean "don't be negative".
Something can be a positive judgment, you know.
If I say "you look good", that's still judging you.

Idk about soulmates but I do believe in being on the same wavelength as other people. There are just some people you click more with, where any conversation is a great conversation somehow even if it’s about something mundane. I don’t know if that’s a soulmate - if it is, I don’t think people get only one soulmate. There can be many.
