Why is it some days I can’t eat enough and others I’m just not hungry? I get about the same level of physical activity a day.
I have learned I can't trust my body/mind to determine how much to eat.

Thus I track calories in an app and let the numbers decide
 
Why is it some days I can’t eat enough and others I’m just not hungry? I get about the same level of physical activity a day.
I have the same issue; some days I get by on two cups of coffee and fruit, other days I wanna eat everything in my fridge. My problem is that I need to (consistently) incorporate more protein and fiber in my diet, since I don't eat a ton of meat but my doctor also said it may be hormone fluctuations (thanks for nothing, peri) :cautious:
