I know it's an erotic / sexual literary site but does it always have to be the same people wanting to know how many times a day a person masturbates or sees another naked body or gets caught masturbating. It's always the same two or three that cannot break away from that line of questioning that's been beaten to death along with other parts of their anatomy.

The downside to hydrating is trips to the bathroom every 45 minutes. sigh
I dehydrate a lot.
I find that plain water just runs right through me when I’m dehydrated and I need a bit of salt and sugar/carbs with it. I use an electrolyte mix , 1/2 juice 1/2 water, sweetened weak tea with a quick dash of salt in it or the WHO oral rehydration formula.

Also if I end up needing iv fluids, they need to be a slow push or they just go through me as well. I only do saline, no ringers.

I read that milk hydrates better so I have been doing half and half. And juice with a bunch of water. My body hates artificial sweeteners so I can't use most hydrating over the counter stuff.
 
Hmmm. To drink another cup of coffee, or not? More caffeine equals having to pee more lmfao, and I'm trying to focus.
 
I'm thinking this evening should be going a lot differently.

First child free night in almost a year and instead of having some drinks or going out with friends or doing anything remotely close to "fun" I am instead dealing with a very sudden and annoying stomach upset.

I meant half the time I'm drinking milk and the other half is juice/water. lol
