What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

If this is the end of my Lit journey because of UK legislation, there are so many people I am going to miss. I know I don’t interact with many of you on a one to one level but so many of you have kept me sane over the past four years. You have made me laugh and smile so much and for that, I will be forever grateful.

I am taking this opportunity whilst I still have it, to say thank you for being part of my Lit journey. If however, the new legislation does not stop me from logging in, then I will delete this message and pretend to still dislike you all ❤️
You can just break up with me and move on. We dont need some elaborate "UK legislation" excuse. I am still going to stalk you, somehow, someway... Even if I have to hide a gps tracker under your saggy old titties. 😘😘

I don't follow politics. He was just an icon to my generation
Exactly, he was just a wrestler. There was a time when we didn’t give a shit about people’s politics and people didn’t give enough of a shit to tell us and other people didn’t give a shit enough to judge. Social media fucked all of that to high heaven.

Anyway to whoever called Hogan a MAGA racist homophobe, perhaps ease up on his family today. They lost a loved one. He may be whatever is your version of evil today, but he was theirs. Try to be human just for a few.

Sorry for the rant.

So let me try and understand. It is social medias fault that he said racial and homophobic slurs?

People need to stop blaming everything on "social media". Some of us did "give a shit", long before social media was a thing.

No. And you don’t have to try and understand that side point. The main point was perhaps ease up on the day he died…that’s all 🤷‍♂️

Reading through this it would seem to me that some of you are upset that someone called out your childhood hero for being a homophobic racist. So you resort to bullying. Nice! Btw just do a teeny tiny bit of research and you will see he was. Clearly Trump supporters you lot.

I was thinking about my Lit graveyard/cemetery. The people I used to talk to…friends, lovers. Some I miss, some I only have vague memories of, others that I still have mixed feelings about.
That’s an interesting metaphor, a graveyard or cemetery.

The people I used to chat with on the regular but don’t anymore for whatever reason are dead to me. That is sort of what it’s like I guess. I never thought of it that way though.
