Hmm…personally, I try to have a bit of flexibility in that department. I know I’m a nocturnal insomniac who tends to derail sleep schedules, which can have adverse effects on health. I also know my honey puts in a lot of effort to make time for me. We pretty much have plans every his-morning and his-night, unless I have Dr’s appointments…but if he says he’s exhausted and needs to sleep early, I believe him, and will snuggle him off to Naughty Dreamland
