I need to stop getting my hopes up in many aspects of my life.

That looks very cozy!

My sleeping porch does have windows all around that can all slide open, and the floor is like a regular porch with gaps between the planks. So a lot of the outdoor sounds come in.
This made for an interesting summer last year when the neighbours didn’t realize how loud they were!

It’s also a great place for a budding exhibitionist

I'm frustrated and I'm trying to be nice and give space or take space when needed. But sometimes, I go into threads and then just leave because I can't interact or if I do, it will just lead to a negative response.

I enjoy so many people here on Lit and playing with them in the threads. Sometimes, I feel, some people's behavior simply makes it unfair for others though. And I know putting people on iggy is an option, but I don't like doing that unless I have to...

Although, maybe I have to. Bleh.
