That was an uninspired dinner. I need to learn some new recipes but I'm just so tired of cooking. And they never come out - I tried two new recipes a couple of weeks ago and both were meh.

The only one that's worked for me so far is the TikTok feta pasta with tomatoes. That one is awesome.

It really is! I know I should meal prep on the weekend and get stuff together then, but that would require being together myself & that hasn’t happened yet.

My issue is my parents. My mom doesn’t like a lot of American foods and my dad is diabetic. I have to be creative every meal.
