There's a guy in the answer threads that never seems able to ask the questions the way the thread requests. I think the reason for this is his brain has not yet fully developed and I come to this conclusion because in one of his answers he says he masturbates 4 to 5 times a day. I am not certain but I think only 15 to 16 year old boys do that, so I think there is an underage person on the forum.

I have learned I can't trust my body/mind to determine how much to eat.

Thus I track calories in an app and let the numbers decide

I have the same issue; some days I get by on two cups of coffee and fruit, other days I wanna eat everything in my fridge. My problem is that I need to (consistently) incorporate more protein and fiber in my diet, since I don't eat a ton of meat but my doctor also said it may be hormone fluctuations (thanks for nothing, peri)
