What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

I have had women share pics with me in PMs, and even for maybe just a minute on a thread before poofing them, who have said "I wanted you to see this, but please don't save it." I certainly respect requests like that. Otherwise, I think everything is fair game.
Why do you feel it's fair game? Why do you feel like you have implicit permission? I would feel like it should be the opposite. Unless someone specifically tells you that they don't mind you should assume they most definitely do.

THIS!!!

I’m always astonished when it comes out that someone was saving my pictures without my knowledge

i dont know what the rule is...ive always felt that unless im "talking" to or in a relationship with someone that i shouldnt keep their pictures. when the talking/relationship ends then i delete the ones ive been sent.
Even if you're in a relationship - unless they know you're saving them you shouldn't. Imo.

Well ladies…I truly hope the thoughts of one guy won’t stop you from sharing your beauty. My grandfather always told me you can judge everyone by the worst possible representative of our gender…

Sometimes common decency doesn’t exist….and it’s much more true now than ever…

This is bonkers. Unless someone specifically tells you it’s okay, the default assumption should be their pictures are theirs. Especially people who regularly poof them.

There is no policy, and there's no way to police it.

Putting things out in a public forum, knowing others may save them, is your choice.
You can still have socially accepted norms of behavior even if you can’t enforce every action.

Taking pictures of people at the gym is shitty. Taking pics of people at the beach is shitty. Downloading pics people share for a limited time, is shitty.

it's one reason I don't post my face or anything else that I don't want someone downloading.
This is my feeling too. I love my anonymity here so I never show my face.

That and Google Lens will take any pic of my face, makeup or none, and bring up my LinkedIn account. I don’t need this crossing over to my professional life.

THIS is exactly what I was trying to figure out how to say but I couldn’t find the words

Unfortunately, it did.

At least for now. 🤷‍♀️

I knew saving pics was a gross thing that some people did, but I’ve got the ick now in a major way.
It’s understandable and I am a true admirer of and appreciate your beauty (both inside and out). I hope at some point you’ll share again because the world deserves to see it. 😍

I do not give you, @SmokingFap , nor anyone else here, permission to save my pics, ever.

If you have any of mine, please delete.

And I know I bear the responsibility of my posts being public and people feeling they can do anything they want with the pics. I still would’ve hoped the Lit regulars would be more respectful.

Yeah, I don’t know. I’ve never really felt ‘worthy’ enough to think my photos would be saved or used for anything nefarious. But I’ve talked to enough men to know it’s incredibly common.

I also think there’s something about a photo feeling exclusive or time-limited that makes people more inclined to screenshot it, like the scarcity adds value.

Still, with the sheer mass of porn out there, both professional and amateur, I don’t get it. Why save newgirltolit69’s photo? What makes that more special than a thousand clips of Riley Reid?

It is interesting, because really, why?
