Hard To Imagine-Pearl Jam

I remember when I saw Pearl Jam in Chicago 2009. I only saw them twice that year, those two times in Chicago. I really wanted Release as an opener for one night, not sure why.
So night one they open with Long Road. Nice song. I thought, tomorrow we'll get Release. They open with Release often so certainly I'll get it night two.

Night two happens and they start with Hard To Imagine. In my head I'm throwing a hissy fit and then I think
Hard To Imagine is one of your favorite songs
You've never heard it live
Shut up and be happy!
And I was :D

In Solitude - The World, The Flesh, The Devil

They took the same influences as Ghost (namely a LOT of early Mercyful Fate and early '80s metal) and arrived at almost the same conclusion. On their newer albums, In Solitude went into a decidedly less commercial direction than Ghost, with huge Dark Wave and Goth influences as opposed to Ghost's more pop-oriented stuff, but both bands have their merits.

Soothing (<- mostly ->) electronica today, suitable for trancing:

Waiting For Cousteau - Jean-Michel Jarre
Vanishing Blue - Tangerine Dream
Rutti - Slowdive
Coastline - Rachel Goswell (Ulrich Schnauss vocal mix)
Here For You - Gorgon City featuring Laura Welsh
Digital Shades, Vol. 1 - M83
Shine On You Crazy Diamond (live) - David Gilmour featuring Richard Wright, David Crosby, Graham Nash, & Dick Parry
1970 - Black Cab
Cortez the Killer (live in 1991) - Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Echoes (live in 1994) - Pink Floyd (minus Roger Waters)
