Back from the Sunshine Coast after looking into rental prices. Was thinking of setting up a games shop down around Caloundra but the rent on shops with enough floor space (I'd be selling tabletop wargames that need a 6-by-4 foot table to be played on) is too much. No surprise there.
Caboolture, however, is looking a bit more promising. It's not on the coast, but it's not far from it if I want go down on a weekend to take in the salt air.
