It's cool to read all these and realize how diverse the space of human sexuality is. Amazing how much we find to talk about, given that we're hardly working on the same things at all.

Don't hold your breath, unfortunately. All my writing has ground to a halt with work.Very intrigued by these and will have to check them out when they drop. Been doing some reading on the Thirty Years War myself as research for a potential future project (albeit in a fantasy world embroiled in its own version of the conflict)
I encourage you to take the leap. You might get some criticism that could help you hone your skills further, and I think that the nice and encouraging comments you're likely to get could be a good motivator for you to dare to submit the next story too.Hopefully will be my first where I dare pressing submit button.
I'm now envisaging Fiona Shaw's Mother Courage, only with more weapons, demons, and presumably explicit rather than implicit sex.Don't hold your breath, unfortunately. All my writing has ground to a halt with work.
In my story, the Thirty Years' War will just be the backdrop. Mostly I want my demon hunter to have a big basket-hilted sword and a flint-lock pistol. And maybe get into fights with mercenaries from all over Europe. And I want to drop in a few lines like "While nations fought over power, wealth and the right to tell their subjects what to believe."
Explicit sex? Well, the witch doesn't read your palm, she reads your whole body...I'm now envisaging Fiona Shaw's Mother Courage, only with more weapons, demons, and presumably explicit rather than implicit sex.
I'll be in my bunk.
Here are a few of the stories on my drawing board. There's more but here's the primary stories:let's talk about our ongoing projects. What have you got in your Drafts folder?
I used to have this book, can't remember the name, and I want another copy. But each chapter started with a poem. Thought that was cool. So, I published my first story, which turned into a three-parter. And I thought I was done. Then I had the idea for dialogue, that turned into a follow-up, which turned into a sequel with, as of right this moment, 20 chapters along with a prologue, an epilogue, and two smaller stories that were originally of a piece but make better stand alones.
I would be posting them, but 1) I am having an issue with chapter One.
And 2) I had the stupid idea of each chapter starting with a lyrical epigraph that will be a sort-of soundtrack, and I keep changing my mind.
So far, the description is "Incest, DP, BDSM, and a really good Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto recipe."
I am lucky I have a patient editor.
I enjoy it when it is well done. Steven Brust had some fun with in his Dragarean books. One used made up sayings from his world. My favorite was a list of things to be cleaned or repaired by his cleaners, each of which pertained to what happened in the chapter. Fun.I used to have this book, can't remember the name, and I want another copy. But each chapter started with a poem. Thought that was cool.

It is rather a remarkable feeling. For me, followed by "oh, crap, I forgot a question mark there!" and resubmitting, but I am sure that is just me.Soccer themed 750 word story.
Hopefully will be my first where I dare pressing submit button. Too many non completed and non submitted stories in my collection.
If you want help proof-reading it, feel free to reach out. I am no expert at the grammatical side of things but I can offer suggestions regarding pace, continuity, and to let you know if certain aspects of the story feels confusing or repetitive. Minor things in the grand scheme of things, but sometimes it's nice just to get a second pair of eyes onto your work.Thank you for your encouragement! Tack!
I have a story about an AI.In the ongoing efforts to relieve the tedium of the endless AI-related discussions, let's talk about our ongoing projects.

Keep in mind the site's policy regarding overt political content - this is from the FAQs:Im actually outlining an idea recently for a political thriller, a Congressman and their intern, perhaps the intern manipulates the voting of the congressman through sex. Im working the idea atm.
Excited about this one. If you do not mind, and remember it, let me know when it's published so I don't miss it!A Skyrim fan-fiction. A stranger comes to town and turns the place on its ear.
