Hi Phoenixstone, welcome, oh and these 5 posts should be no problem.
Selecting an AV isn't that difficult, just take a pic, reduze it to the exact size (150x150 pixel) and go to you User's Options section.

I think it's just that it doesn't seem like anyone is listening or cares unless they have a response to you. There have been a lot of good posts that I agreed with, or felt was thought provoking and didn't respond... I have seen your posts and acknowledged them in my mind, just not on the BB.
