If any animal cat or dog had kittens or pups then the dog died while the pups where less than a 5 days old then ifyou could not get them to suckle another animal who it be better to let them die of sarvation or a quick death. I cried when my father got ride of a litter belonging to my dog because they were deformed. I hated him for killing them but he sat me down and explained the reasons why he did it. I thoght about it for a while after ward and it made sense that iwas nearly 12 years ago. I wouldnt get pleasure from killing something because life is to be valued. If I did have to get ride of a litter it would upset me I am human

Ohio only has 5 cities, and I don't live in any of them...
I live next to a bunch of farm fields. 4 out of my 5 cats were strays and they are smart, healthy and quite wonderful.


If keeping them isn't an option, Have you ever heard of adopting them out?? Making an effort?? What about all of the strays you allow to continue to breed, by not starting a spaying/neutering program? You are to blame as much as the next guy, and the only reason you drown them is so they aren't your immediate problem.

Tuirin, I could sling insults at you, and whatnot, and before I am done here, one will come out to prove a point, but I want you to know that if you think your nationality is a justification for your actions, then you Irish better stop bitching about the British and call off the IRA on them.

You know from time to time animals do have to be put to sleep but normal people call the vet in they don't go for a bucket of water.

It's called being "humane" you might try it some time.

Okay, cool, I will be nice, and ask for an explaination. I am sorry that you've had bad experiances with cats.
Just don't go killing any of them without a cause like your dad had about your pups (which is sad, but if they were inbred or deformed, then life would be too hard for them and it would be for the best).


You'd be amazed how a kitten can survive off bugs, and small things, including grass, without a mom. Not saying that subjecting them to a hard life is any better than putting them down.
