What a feast tonight

Okay so I decided I was going to be making a good meal for dinner tonight. It didn't take me long to come up with a menu. Short and sweet it's two of my favorite Euro dishes.

Roulade, (My style) and Creamed Spinach with Bacon.

Talk about a great dinner.
