You America haters want to have it both ways, don't you? Either we are evil war-mongers who want to kill everyone in our path to achieve world supremacy or we are too cheap in offering the Arabs a financial aid package to assist them in improving their lot in life.

We must be Satan's children. We can't do anything right or proper in your eyes, can we? There has to be a hidden agenda in it all for your conspiracy theorist friends or there is no point in posting here. And of course if Britain or France were making such an offer, the motives would be altruistic and noble, correct?
