If the editor did not put any comment, just forget it.
If he put some comments on your rejected thread, READ them. Sometimes, I have people submit threads to my stories in the wrong verb tense about 3 or 4 times before getting it right.
I very clearly state: "Please rewrite your submission in PAST tense. Thanks." And they come back after changing the point of view OR the end question OR the actions themselves OR the wording OR... etc. but always in the wrong verb tense... *grumbles*
Eh, sorry for the rant.
If your story was rejected by the guys at chyoo, check out your e-mail. I think they send some sort of e-mail form when they reject a new story.
Have someone proof the story for you. You have acknowledged that your grammer and spelling are not the best. Have someone else check it and I bet they will find the problem.
Also your PM mailbox is full. Clean it out and I can answer you.
I thin the promblem is I giving the story a couple of choices and I'm splitting the titles of each story with this - and thier reading that as fragment sentence
meanwhile the R-kelly diaries getting accepted by chyoo
Do you mean you are exploring alternative storylines within a single thread? If so, that'd be a big no-no in my book as well... You can't have Mrs. X going to the Library, the Museum AND the Stadium all at once, if you know what I mean...
There's nothing wrong with parallel storylines, but there is a problem when storylines that can't logically happen at the same time are explored in one single thread...
