weight loss

Call it a cult, or whatever you want to, but I believe in Weight Watchers. You don't learn how to diet, you learn how to eat right: something that will stick with you the rest of your life.

I lost 35 lbs. It took almost a year, but that was two years ago. I've been (mostly) able to keep it all off, too.

Drink 10 glasses of water a day.

Exercise for 30 minutes, four times a week.

Eat a balanced diet, including at least five veggies a day, and everything in moderation.

Or, get that Hollywood Diet Jug and slurp that all weekend. Same results. Really.

Stress and just keeping away from eating after 7pm has helped me lose about 90lbs over the past two years. Who knew tums could be a food group?

Exactly what Emerald said. And check out the programs offered at the "Y", they're affordable and have some great classes. (Personally, Good Life would be my choice in fitness centres)

I almost feel sorry for the poeple who didn't join Lit until this past year. They don't have the pleasure of knowing HK's "track record" here.

BTW, Minxie actually had the best line so far. At least some of us haven't forgotten many details of what he's told us over the last few years.
